These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as “GTCS”) govern the terms and conditions of sale of the paid services offered by Solu Africa SARL, a company based in Côte d’Ivoire, through its website www.soluafrica.com and its mobile application. They supplement the General Conditions of Use (GCU) available on the site.
ARTICLE 2 - ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Any order or subscription to a paid service from Solu Africa implies full acceptance of the present terms and conditions, without exception or reservation.
ARTICLE 3 - PAYING SERVICES CONCERNED
Services that may be billed include, but are not limited to:
Subscription to professional visibility services (company profile, advertising, premium recommendations, etc.)
Extended access to the CV library
Publication of premium ads in the "Jobs", "Talents" and other sections.
The purchase of credits or specific options linked to certain services (boost, spotlight, verified badge, etc.).
Monthly or annual subscription to exclusive features or customized services
ARTICLE 4 - PRICES AND PAYMENT TERMS
Prices are indicated in FCFA, exclusive of tax or inclusive of tax depending on the country of invoicing and the tax status of the purchaser. Solu Africa reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but services will be invoiced at the rate in force at the time of the order. Payments are made via :
Credit card
Mobile money
Bank transfer
Electronic wallets or any other secure means offered by Solu Africa
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. No service will be activated until full payment has been received and validated.
ARTICLE 5 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with the regulations applicable to digital services, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content or services immediately executed and consumed upon validation of payment.
ARTICLE 6 - DURATION OF SERVICES
The subscribed services are provided for the duration specified at the time of the order. Unless otherwise stated, services are valid for 30 days from the date of activation.
ARTICLE 7 - CANCELLATION / TERMINATION
No cancellation or refund is possible after activation of the service, except in case of proven fault of Solu Africa or unavailability of the service duly noted and not resolved within a reasonable time. The User may cancel his subscription at any time from his user account. Any period started remains due.
ARTICLE 8 - LIABILITY
Solu Africa cannot be held responsible for the consequences of misuse of its services by the User or for a lack of results due to a lack of content, relevance or updating by the User.
ARTICLE 9 - PERSONAL DATA
The data collected within the framework of the sale are necessary for the execution of the services. For more information, please consult our Privacy Policy.
ARTICLE 10 - CUSTOMER SERVICE / COMPLAINTS

ARTICLE 11 - JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
The present GCS are subject to the laws in force in the countries where Solu Africa is established. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of the customer’s country of residence or Solu Africa’s head office, unless otherwise provided by mandatory legal provisions.
