User notice rules - Solu Africa

Reviews left by users on Solu Africa help build trust, promote quality providers and help other members make informed choices.

In order to guarantee respectful, useful and honest exchanges, the following rules apply to all reviews published on the platform.

What you can do:

  • Leave a review after a real experience (purchase, service, collaboration...)
  • Write clear, respectful and constructive comments
  • Objectively rate your satisfaction with the vendor or service provider
  • Report fraudulent or disrespectful behavior in a factual manner

What is prohibited?

  • Publish false reviews, positive or negative
  • Broadcast insulting, discriminatory, violent or defamatory statements
  • Leave a review without any real interaction
  • Include personal data (address, number, etc.) in comments
  • Using notices to pressure or intentionally harm others

Moderation and sanctions

The Solu Africa team reserves the right to :

  • Delete any notices that do not comply with the above rules
  • Suspend or delete the account of any abusive user
  • Verify the origin or authenticity of notices

Authors of ads or evaluated service providers have the opportunity to respond to a review received, in order to provide clarification, express their point of view or resolve a misunderstanding.
