2. How do I create an account?
Click on the “Register” button at the top of the page, fill in the registration form, then validate your email address. Once registered, you can start posting ads.
3. Is registration free?
Yes, registration is totally free. You can start with a free discovery pack to test the platform before upgrading to a premium offer.
4. How do I publish an ad?
After logging in, click on “Post an ad”, fill in the required fields (title, description, images, category, price…) then click on “Publish”. Your ad will be visible once validated.
5. Do my ads need to be validated?
Yes, to guarantee the quality of our publications, all ads go through a short validation by our team before being visible online.
6. How do I contact a vendor or service provider?
Each advert contains a contact form or the contact details of the submitter. You can send him/her a message directly via the platform.
7. What types of ads are allowed?
Solu Africa accepts advertisements for products, services, jobs, freelance services, real estate, and much more. Illegal content or content contrary to the terms of use is strictly prohibited.
8. How does the auction system work?
Some packages allow you to enable bidding on your ads. Users can propose a price, and you choose the highest bidder.
9. Can I modify or delete an ad?
Yes. Go to your dashboard, click on “My ads”, then choose edit or delete as required.
